REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:
It is our goal to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the feel, fit and look of your shoes. If, however, you are not satisfied, shoes may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days from purchase. Shoes must be in their original condition, must not have been worn outside, must not have been washed, and must be accompanied by the original packing material and receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange. Products marked "clearance" or “discontinued” are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We reserve the right to limit returns.

REFUNDS -
Your refund for the purchase price of the shoes (excludes shipping) will be processed within five (5) business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued back to the credit card or PayPal account used for purchase. If purchase was made by cash, a company check will be issued to you if refund needs to be mailed. Please allow one billing cycle for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.

EXCHANGES -
If you need to exchange your shoes for a different size or color, simply mail the shoes, pre-paid, in their original condition, with all packing material, back to us. Include your invoice/packing slip or receipt in the box with instructions on your desired exchange size/color. US Mail is acceptable. We will process your exchange as soon as we can and will notify you if any items are out of stock or on backorder. We will ship the shoes back, pre-paid, via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days guaranteed).

• We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
• All refunds will either be credited to the credit card used for purchase, PayPal account, or by company check.
• There will be NO refunds on shipping/handling.
