Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING AND RETURN INFORMATION:
Unless otherwise indicated, we ship via USPS Priority, Ground, and International Mail. You will be able to choose which method of shipment you prefer during the checkout process Tracking information will be e-mailed to you if a valid email address was entered at time of purchase. If orders are received before 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, your purchase will ship the same day. If orders are received after 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time on Friday, your purchase will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ORDERS $60 AND ABOVE:*Excludes Glaglas which are already on deep discount* Orders valued at $60 and above (excludes Glaglas), before tax, will qualify for free USPS ground shipping. If your order contains a mix of a shoe that qualifies for free shipping, along with a Glagla, you will only be charged a delivery charge on the Glagla. Delivery time will vary from 5 – 7 business days, depending on location, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
IN-STORE REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:
It is our goal to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the feel, fit and look of your shoes. If, however, you are not satisfied, shoes may be brought back to our store or shipped back to our store for an exchange or refund. Refunds are allowed up to 14 days from date of purchase with original receipt. Exchanges are allowed up to 30 days from date of purchase with original receipt. Shoes must be in their original condition, must not have been worn outside, must not have been washed, and must be in its box and accompanied by the original packing material to qualify for a refund or exchange. Products marked "clearance" or “discontinued” are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We reserve the right to limit returns. ** Refunds can only be made back to the original credit card used at time of purchase. If the original card is no longer available, store credit will be issued instead **
ON-LINE REFUND POLICY:
If your purchase was made online, your refund for the purchase price of the shoes (excludes shipping) will be processed within three (3) business days of being received at our store and refunds will be issued back to the credit card used at time of purchase or if paid through PayPal, back to the PayPal account used. Please allow one billing cycle for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.
ON-LINE EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you need to exchange your shoes for a different size or color, simply mail the shoes back to us, pre-paid, in their original condition, with all packing material. Include your invoice/packing slip or receipt in the box with written instructions on your desired exchange size/color. US Mail is acceptable. (Limited to one exchange per order.) We will process your exchange as soon as we can and will notify you if any items are out of stock or on backorder. We will ship the shoes back to the address on file, unless otherwise instructed, pre-paid, via US Mail.
